Open Pages Initiative Inc

Educational Equity, Real Books, Local Mentorship

We are an Ohio-based nonprofit removing barriers to lifelong learning. Our work turns abstract promises into physical books, active learning hubs, and community connection across the state.

Our Founding

Rooted in Ohio, for Ohio Readers

Open Pages Initiative began with a simple belief: every Ohio resident deserves access to the tools for lifelong growth. We started by delivering books and building neighborhood reading groups, growing organically from the ground up.

Our commitment to place-based learning ensures that every program, workshop, and tutoring session is tailored to the unique needs of our local communities, fostering genuine connections and lasting impact.

Lifelong Growth

We provide physical books, digital resources, and learning materials directly to homes and community hubs, removing financial and logistical barriers.

Our dedicated volunteers and educators offer personalized tutoring and guidance, building confidence and fostering a love for learning in every age group.

We establish and support neighborhood reading groups, adult learning cohorts, and community workshops in accessible locations across Ohio.

Our programs are designed to support continuous educational development, from early literacy to adult skill-building and personal enrichment.
